Getting Started Guide

Step 2: Upload Your Document

Upload the design of your mailpiece in Microsoft Word (.doc) or Adobe PDF (.pdf) format.

If you are sending postcards, we strongly recommend that you download the appropriate blank postcard template before you begin. This will ensure that the card size and margins are set correctly.

Consult help file for other tips and guidelines on how to format letters, postcards and self-mailers to reliably flow through the system.

You can use Microsoft's mail merge feature to personalize letters with the recipient's name or address. For example, your letter can begin with the greeting "Dear John". Consult the Microsoft Word help system for information on how to use mail merge (Note: Postcards and self-mailers do not support mail merge.).

Step 3: Review Your Document and Send

When your document has successfully uploaded, press the preview button to review your mailpiece.

Carefully inspect your mailpiece for format problems, missing characters, or other errors. If there are any problems, call Customer Service at .

When everything's ready, press "I Approve" and enter your credit card information. Your mail will be printed and mailed in as few as 2 business days. Happy mailing!
